Painter for LSI Projects – custom carpentry, high finish, and daily variety

Do you want to work on unique projects and top-class painting? At LSI Projects, we are now looking for a painter for our workshop in Lund. Here, you won't be painting the same cabinet door over and over again – each project is unique, with new challenges and materials. We are looking for someone with experience working with carpentry in a spray booth and who enjoys going the extra mile to achieve excellent results.

Who we are – and how we work

LSI Projects is a custom carpentry company with its own production in Lund and an office in Stockholm. We realize architects' visions and create custom environments for restaurants, hotels, offices, and public spaces. In addition to our own production, we collaborate with a large network of suppliers – both in Sweden and abroad – who are experts in everything from metal to upholstered furniture. We combine craftsmanship, problem-solving, and joy in our work. And regardless of role, we all have one thing in common: we have a bit of sawdust in our pockets – literally.

What you will do

As a painter with us, you will work in our surface treatment department, handling the entire chain from priming and intermediate sanding to the final coating of the carpentry and furnishings produced in-house.

You will:

- paint with various paint systems, e.g., acid-cured two-component systems and water-based paints

- work with complementary surface treatments such as stains, oils, and hard wax oils

- ensure high finish, follow procedures, and maintain good order in the paint shop

- contribute your expertise to a team that strives for quality in every detail

What we are looking for in you

To succeed in this role, you need:

- documented experience working with carpentry in a spray booth

- good knowledge of paint systems and surface treatment

- attention to detail, quality mindset, and a sense of responsibility

- ability to work both independently and in a team

- basic knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Conditions

- Employment type: Permanent – 6-month probationary period

- Start: As soon as possible

- Location: Lund

- Collective agreement: Yes

- Salary: By agreement
